To reduce our carbon footprint, AUERVON organises weekly 'Pool Dispatches'. Items participating in a pool order are consolidated and shipped every Tuesday. Expected wait times vary between 7 to 10 days, allowing for meticulous quality checks at our hub before final transit.

For boutique hotels and architectural firms, we provide bespoke logistics. Large-scale orders are shipped via dedicated climate-controlled freight to ensure fibres remain pristine. Custom timing and split-shipment options are available upon consultation with your account manager.

AUERVON currently ships to 24 countries including the UK, EU, UAE, and USA. Delivery typically spans 10–15 business days. Please note that international duties and taxes are calculated at order confirmation but remain the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.

If a piece does not resonate with your space, you may return it within 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original editorial packaging. Please note that bespoke or custom-cut textiles are ineligible for returns unless a manufacturing defect is present.

In the rare event of damage during transit, please photograph the package upon arrival. We will dispatch a replacement via overnight shipping at no additional cost. Our provenance guarantee ensures every item arrives exactly as curated.
