By accessing the AUERVON digital curation house and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal protocols. These terms govern the relationship between AUERVON and the Patron.
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through our Journal or direct correspondence.
2. Account Responsibilities
As a Patron of AUERVON, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Every interaction under your profile is considered a formal commitment.
- ◆Accounts must be held by individuals over the age of majority.
- ◆Providing inaccurate provenance data may lead to order dissolution.
- ◆Only one active Patron account per household is permitted for limited-release pools.
3. The Curation Pool Model
How Commitments Work
AUERVON operates on a collective curation model. When you 'join a pool', you are committing to the production of a specific artisanal textile. Production only commences once the pool reaches its predefined threshold.
Payment Timing
Your payment is pre-authorised at the moment of commitment. Funds are only captured once the pool threshold is verified.
Cancellation Rights
You may withdraw your commitment at any point before the pool closes and production begins, without penalty.
“If a pool fails to meet its artisanal threshold within the specified curation window, all pre-authorisations are released immediately and the project is formally dissolved.”
Patrons will receive weekly updates regarding the provenance and progress of their committed pieces once the production phase commences.
4. Sample Requests
We understand that tactile assessment is essential for fine textiles. Samples are not sold through the website: for wholesale projects, our team arranges fabric samples personally. Request them through the wholesale enquiry form or by contacting us directly, and we will agree the details with you one-to-one.
